JBL E25BT Wireless in-ear headphones not charging

This question relates to connecting a JBL Wireless In ear headphones BUY NOW to an iPhone BUY NOW

My JBLE25BT ear is not charging when I plug into charging it show white light for 2 second than off.
When I try to switch on its show blue light blink for second and than off. I will really appreciate for your help thanks

There are quite a lot of similar reports of this happening with your device I'm afraid. If in warranty definitely contact JBL to see if they can replace.

Just do the reset which is available on back side

Hi dear, did you manage to solve this issue ? I'm facing the same with my E25BT and I can't find any solution on the internet ..

After switching it on press both the volume keys of your headphones to factory reset settings. Then open bluetooth settings of your mobile phone and re- pair it. It works. I just did it.
