The volume coming out of the earbuds is extremely loud ... how do I adjust the volume?

We've had others with issue but no known solution as of yet... anyone reading have a fix?

With a little searching you can find how to turn on developer options on your particular phone Once on go into settings and find developer options usually toward the bottom of list. Once there find where you can turn absolute sound off. Absolute sound pertains to excessive loud sound in bluetooth. Worked great for me.

Stephania, go to Connections / Bluetooth and select Advance. Then select "Dual Audio". Does that help ?
