Soundpeats TrueAir2 : Earbud won't connect nor pair

My right SoundPeats earbud recently has been not working and not even powering on, I've tried every single method I could find and none of them worked and I have watched many videos online and they don't work and I have check on here to see but none of them worked.

Thanks for that. And just to confirm, how long have you had them roughly? And to clarify, it's just one of them that appears dead or both of them ?

I've had them for 2 years and my uncle bought them for me as a gift so I dont know when they were actually purchased and the left one works fine and the right one won't even power on or play anything but the controls still work
