Earbuds were working perfectly fine in stereo a few days ago. Now they won't pair together and synchronise. I've reset the earbuds and unpaired them but I don't know how to get them to pair together again

In order to assist, can you confirm what model name they have? Look at this page on their site for clarification of which device it is. https://soundpeatsaudio.com/downloads/

James responded : 2:30pm, 30th December 2018 (4 years ago)
Yeah they are the soundpeats Truefree model

Make sure you try to pair together each other first before pairing to the phone. Ensure the pairing on phone and any other previously used device has been deleted before trying to pair each bud to the other again. You can reset them as well which could help, follow instructions in the manual to do so (link above).

James responded : 2:00am, 31st December 2018 (4 years ago)
I have tried resetting it and following the manual word for word but it still doesn't want to pair together

I am having the exact same issue. Cannot get stereo. Tried resetting, right first, together before phone, left then right and following the manual! Any luck James?

Finally! They work again. I thought I was resetting correctly, but it didnt help. My husband found this video. It seems like what I had done 100 times before, but for some reason it worked! Watch this video: https://youtu.be/vgznONfxhBc

My TrueFree pair is less than 2 weeks old and is also not syncing together. I've reset them, disconnected and reset them, tried one at a time, even tried DUAL BT on my phone but that sounded like crap.

Omkar responded : 12:05pm, 9th May 2019 (4 years ago)
I had same issue, I did reset 100 times at least, but I think we need follow that video literally, so First step is, un-pair or remove ear buds from all devices that were paired, put your ear buds in charging dock, and then start reset process by removing them. Probably this helps.

I tried various methods to get the earbuds to work, the method that finally worked for me, was to reset the earbuds individually, not together, then return them to the case, take them out, let them sync together, leaving them 2 or 3 minutes, once the left earbud has stopped flashing, then turned on the phone BT and connected to the right earbud. hope this helps.

I have tried this about 200 times with no luck. Right bud will connect but iPhone 8 will not connect to left bud to save my life. Never again.

The Youtube video posted by @CB above was successful for me when followed exactly. Thanks @CB!

Paired in stereo out of the box just fine to my phone. Went to pair them with my laptop PC and that's where one or the other single bud will connect. Actually saw each individual bud show up in my bluetooth pairing list. Haven't had any luck yet no matter what youtube video I follow.

I tried a few things and ONLY one worked, while having both earbuds on case / charging (with solid red light) press and hold the button for a few seconds until you see the light flashing it also makes a sound, then light goes out, do the same for both earbuds but separately NOT at the same time, then as normal take both earbuds out the case and they should paired to each other, you'll see it by left earbud indicator light turning off, connect it to your phone and select the trufree+ R, DONE!

What finally worked for me was using @Nelson Almeida's method, only taking the LEFT one out first! I was about to trash these things. I guess moral of the story is, try a bunch of different things!

Nat O responded : 4:45pm, 7th January 2020 (3 years ago)
I reset in the box by leaving the earbuds in the case and holding both buttons at the same time until the lights flash. Then I did @Nelson Almeida's method of only taking the left earbud out first. Hope this helps.

I also having the same issue and tried in several methods, and finally is working for me!

Remove all the pairing in all your device, put them into your ear pieces box and press them together for 4 secs and repeat one again 4 sec then put them out of the box.

So all reset and on your bluetooth and pair with your soundpeats and enjoy your music. I hope this helps!

Yeah i am having a similar issue where today my left earbud (truefree 2) is always on a red light which normally means they are charging or just put in the case. How do i fix this?

Karri responded : 7:32am, 10th December 2021 (1 year ago)
Have tried all of these suggestions. Left ear bud just stopped working. Terrible product.

Kar responded : 1:59pm, 18th March 2022 (1 year ago)
None of these works...agree with Karri, terrible product

Amber responded : 7:00pm, 25th March 2022 (1 year ago)
None of this works for me. no matter what I do, the left earbud doesn't respond to anything once i take it out of the case. It will blink when i reset them in the case, but does not blink at, no matter what, once i take it out.

I didn't have luck with pressing the headset twice for 4 seconds in the charger. However, I did just, out of luck have the headphones on and in my ears, one was connected with my phone (super annoying), and i took them out of my ears, pressed them both for a couple of seconds till they were flashing white lights, then I did a quick double press on each of them, and a rainbow light appeared (the red and white light at the same time, if i had to guess), then poof, they paired with each other and were working with the phone sound. So in summary, if one is connecting with a device, connected it. then press then press the power button for a few seconds together till white flashing lights, then double press the power again, and hold till the rainbow light appears. then it should be good.
