earbuds wont sync with iPad any longer unless they are plugged into a power source

Hello, my new Ink'd wireless earbuds were working just fine for the last 10 days or so. I plugged them into the power source to charge and they no longer turn on or sync unless connected to the same power source. Any suggestions?

Still only works when plugged into a power source....tried hitting it on a table and rebooting. Any other suggestions?
