Optoma BE Sport4 : Earphones paired but wont connect

This question relates to connecting an Optoma BE Sport4 BUY NOW to an Alienware M15 laptop (2018/9) BUY NOW

both BE Sport 4 and UE Roll are paired with laptop, but since a windows update, they will not connect. I have been through all the trouble shooting options, and have uninstalled the Bluetooth driver.

Was this a small regular Windows update or one of the large revision changing updates that take considerably longer to install and come with new features ? Can you clarify what version exactly you are now running ?

I had to reset Windows to factory settings, with a little help from Dell, under warranty.
