We aren't aware of a method to do this, can you clarify what problem you have ?

You must forget the devise from your current device. I forgot the device from iPhone and it automatically put it in pair mode

I was having a terrible time with mine, worked initially, but started causing the Bluetooth adapter on my computer to switch on/off every couple of seconds, and never connect. Anyway, I just tried in light of many other Bluetooth speakers having a function similar a couple of combinations, and its actually quite easy to achieve the reset. Turn the thing on, and then hold down the play/pause button for several seconds (not sure how long) but phone will power off without saying powering off but the power led will no longer be lit. Then power up as normal, and it paired up without a problem.
