Whenever I try to pair my earbuds, the right one refuses to pair, and consistently flashes pink. I have done the manuals steps of pressing both pairs for 20 seconds, (the factory reset,) but had no luck. Please someone knows how to fix this.

FYI: I have been using these earbuds for a day or so now. It's not like this problem was out of the box.

Out of interest how did you resolve Caison, it would be great to share for others that may come across the same issue.

I just kept factory resetting many times, forgetting the left earbud device on bluetooth and praying the right one would connect. Eventually, it did.
