Everyone hears me very badly and unclear with a telephone connection via iPad or GSM. I can understand them fine.

original Alle mensen horen mij zeer slecht en onduidelijk bij een telefonische verbinding via i-pad of GSM. Hen verstaan doe ik wel goed.

Has this problem always existed or only recently? And if only recently there is nothing that changed in your setup or location where the device is used that could explain the issue ?

Hello, I have similar problem as OP. Been using earpiece for phone calls for nearly 2 years now. Recently however, people I'm on call with said that they couldn't hear me well. I can hear them no problem, but they could hear noises/ echo of their voice on their end. Nothing have change on the usage or charging of the earpiece. It have not been expose to water or any of the sort either.
