Groov-e boom buds beep every minute

This question relates to connecting a Groov-e Boom Buds BUY NOW to Any device BUY NOW

I have Groove Boombuds. When fully charged they continue to beep every minute or so. They are not running out of charge, though. They last for a good hour and a half. After 10 mins the beeping stops. Irritating, but not enough to bin them

We've not had anyone else report this so far. Just to be sure, are you charging them with original cables/charger ? And does this beeping start consistently around the same time after using from a full charge ?

The beeping starts as soon as they are turned on, so right away. I charge them fully, unplugging when I notice that the light goes blue.

No, I don't always use the cables that came with the headphones (I have too many rechargable items to keep track of cables on a daily basis!) But I make sure I use quality chargers, not cheap stuff. But I will give that a go and see if it changes anything.

Hi Brian, did you have any luck with this ?

Hi, I tried charging with the original cable, but the same issue applies.

Brian,it sounds like it may have a fault. Groov-e should be happy to talk to you and may be able to repair/replace. If you are in the UK reach out to them at

this is happening for me too and its sooo annoying

Jemma, this would in theory be power related. Has the device been charging ok and lasting a normal amount of time just before the beeping started ?

I think I have the answer!! And I feel a little foolish.

My ear buds are linked to my phone and also to my tablet. Both are Samsung devices, and I can switch between phone and tablet without changing any settings. This is great.

The beeping happens when I go for a walk, leaving the tablet behind. So what has been happening is, I put my phone in my pocket, retrieve my ear buds, turn them on, they connect to my phone, but also (without me realising) connect to my tablet. Then I start listening to music or a podcast on my phone and leave the house. The earbuds lose connection to the tablet and start beeping to tell me I have no connection, but meanwhile my phone is working fine.

The solution? All I have to do is go into my bluetooth settings and disconnect the tablet - and voila, the beeping stops.
