Hi. When i was gonna put the bluetooth on, on my phone, so i could play music on my speaker, it said on the phone that i was connected, but i did not get the sound from the speaker that tells you that u are connected. And when i am trying to play music ( and my phone says that i am connected ) i dont get any sound at all. What should i do?

When you say you get no sound at all, that is neither from the phone or the Studio 4,correct ? Have you had it paired to something else recently out of interest ?

We seem to have a solution, hold down the power button when on for around 15 seconds! That should do it.

I dropped my Harman kardon onyx 4 Bluetooth speaker now it powers on but no sound at all what do I do

Wow mike thank you so much it worked

By holding down the power button when on for around 15 seconds! That should do it.

Hi there
My onyx Studio 4 Iain is buzzing and playing so faintly.
I tried the press the power button for 15 secs hasnt worked. Any ideas ??

15" power button down while unit is on. It worked. Thanks so much
