If Bluetooth is working ok on your PC then it shouldn't need a specific driver. To clarify, if you go into Control Panel do you see Bluetooth elements and are there any problems reported against any of them ?

In control panel I see the Bluetooth icon but when I try to connect the Bluetooth it just won't be found. And supposevily the headsets don't have a driver software to add to the laptop. There's a next to the Bluetooth headset icon. Meaning there's something wrong. Still need help.

Sorry, what do you mean by theres a next? An exclamation icon ? If so double click the element, there is probably an error number.

Same issue here. Shows device as available device but can not connect. Troubleshooter says that it needs drivers but can't find any drivers in windows or online

What version of windows are you using David?

Windows 7 .... I know...

Ok yes I thought you may say this. So yes Windows 7's implementation isn't completely up to date and some modern devices complain. Have you gone deep into the HP support site to check for the latest drivers for your specific model laptop? Hopefully there will be a set of drivers for the bluetooth implemenation that you can download.

Mike! Thanks. Actually I have a Dell and was able to find the driver on the Dell site. Working fine. Thanks!
