i have no problem connecting to the headphones but they have become very quite to the point where you can barely hear the music even on a full charge

Hi Austin, to confirm have you tried using the volume on the phone as well as the side of the headphones ? If the source sound output on the phone isn't set to be that loud then its likely that even if the headphones own volume is on high it won't be that loud.
