I have been using these headphones for about 4 months, but as of recent they can no longer turn on.

The switch is working fine, and I can still charge the headphones, but there is no blue or white light, or even a sound indicating that they are on when I flick the switch. There is only a red light indicating that they are charging. I recently fully charged it, and tried turning it on to no avail.

Other people have had this problem, and it seems that taking the battery out and waiting a few seconds before putting it back in seems to reset them, but the area (the left side with the charging port) where Id normally be able to access the battery is sealed shut. There seems to be another almost identical version where you can simply pry open that area and get to it, but I clearly dont have that one.

There was no water damage or any crushing of internals of the sort, and I only used the charger it came with.

Am I mistaken as to where the battery IS? Has anyone solved this issue in some miraculous way where they didnt have to pry open the headphones to get to the battery?

The only solutions we have to this issue is where people have opened them to remove/reconnect the battery.
