I got a charge 3 about two months ago for my birthday, and everyday it would play just fine. But about a hour ago, the music would just stop then continue playing repetitively fast like the phone wasn't connected all the way. But my phone was right next to my speaker. I believe it might be heat damaged because sometimes I would leave it home on my desk during school, and the sun would shine through my blinds and onto my speaker. Did this damage it? Please help!

Hi Eric. Interesting theory... it would be rare if it did, these JBL devices are very well made generally speaking and quite robust. Check trying to connect the speakers to other devices.

Also what else is around and nearby your speaker or phone? Are there power cables, usb cables, other house phones or anything at all that could cause interference ?
