Since I factory reset my phone my blackweb earbuds won't show up under bluetooth devices. I thought it might be my phone but it's the same issue on 2 different phones as well and I don't know how to fix it. Is there a bluetooth mode for these earbuds?

So if you press the main multi function button for 5 seconds or more does it not start to pair ? Certainly do turn off other things that you've paired it to in the past when doing this in case some kind of take over issue is occuring.

I have tried that after reading the manual and doing that just turns them off. I have also tried forgetting all other blutooth devices while trying to connect. Dispspite all my efforts it still said no device found after scanning for said device.

One solution to solve all problems with the Blackweb Bluetooth headsets:
1. Perform a factory reset by holding down the down volume button and the power button for at least 8 seconds. If you watch the red/blue led lights, you will see them flash fast, slow and eventually off. Hold these buttons until the lights turn off.
2. Hold power button to turn on device and you will get the auto pairing function you got the first time you turned them on out of the box.

Holding the power button for 5 seconds per the manual is wrong. 5 seconds powers off the device.
