It won't pair up. It blinks blue turns on then I hold the round button and it just turns off. When it's plugged in to charge it blinks red light. I just want it to connect properly. Thanks!

Check all your devices that are turned on to make sure one of them is NOT connected to the Sound Hub. I was pulling hair out trying to connect to my Sound Hub after over a year of using it. I found that my laptop was connected to it and when I went into my computer's BT setting and disconnected the SH, it immediately connected to the device I wanted it to connect with. I hope this helps.

I did what Scott suggest and that did the trick. Now it works with my iPhone. The problem was finding out which device is currently connected. Just check all of your devices.
