My headphones are not turning on. They were fully charged so they have battery but they do not turn on and no light is shown. The light will only turn on when it goes red to charge.

In case it works, try a hard reset when turned on. Just press and hold the 'Volume +' and 'Volume ' buttons for about 5 seconds. Do you see this produce a change of lights on the device ?
