How to make both headphones work at the same time?

This question relates to connecting only one of the headphones works at a time BUY NOW to a 3M iPhone XR BUY NOW

I do the pairing of the two headphones, the two are connected, but only one side works or the other only. When I press the button one side stops working.I already tested on another device and it was the same.
