The left ear pod does not make any sound while holding down on the multifunction button after charging, but the right ear pod works?

Does it turn on, light up and charge as normal ?

This site solved all my problems My left earbud wouldnt pair despite anything I did. Then I read these specific instructions (I have the Tzumi Soundmates with no side buttons) and everything works now. I paired my left earbud by putting both in the case and pressing the left earbud until the red light stayed just like the right one. Hope this helps somebody :)
