I cannot get headphones to be recognized by my iPhone

This question relates to connecting an Iphone will not recognize bluetooth blackweb BUY NOW to an Apple iPhone 7 BUY NOW

My blackweb bluetooth headphones are fully charged. It is is pairing mode. I open settings and make sure bluetooth is on. All is I get is a continuous gear whirling. I turn my phone off and a minute later, turn it back on. I double check and headphones still in pairing mode. No help. I turn the headphones off and on. No help. Now what?

What model blackweb do you have exactly, can you clarify the model code?

I went to sprint and they say blackweb is not compatible with IPhones. I took it back to the store. Thank you anyways.
