I cant get my blackweb soundbar system to connect the subwoofer and soundbar together

This question relates to connecting a Subwoofer BUY NOW to a Blackweb BT 5.1-Channel Soundbar BUY NOW

I went step by step on the instructions but wjen i go to connect both the soundbar and subwoofer at the same time te subwoofer connects but the soundbar doesnt
