Hi Bryce has this always happened or just suddenly started occurring? Are you able to trobuleshoot by using a different phone to connect so we can determine if its a general reception issue / issue with the iLive or an issue with a specific phone?

I'm having the same issue and I've tried connecting using 3 different devices usually with a prompt screen if it saying incorrect pass code yet there is no option to fill in a code

I had been having this same issue for about a week, though with my Galaxy S5. Problem followed to my tablet as well. I unplugged the AC cord and plugged it back in after about 10 seconds. Both phone and tablet connect fine now.

I had this problem happen to me first make sure it is on bluetooth source ie the blue light is lit at the top to the left of the source button and its solid. if its blinking unplug and replug in the speakers entirely. if its not lit up at all press the source button because it was on auxilary source plug into. also pressing or holding the pair button might help.

I gave up on the speaker system. Ive done everything everyone has suggested. Still NO SOUND. It connects just fine, but nothing. Waste of money and a zero star review rating!

Called tech support today,1/1/2019, they said they are trying to solve problem but for now it will not accept any iPhone connections. They must not have paid their royalties!
