I cant pair connect my JBL Reflect Mini BT to a Apple iphone 5 that was previously working

A few days after I bought them they stopped pairing with my phone or anything else. Again they where fine and out of nowhere they can't pair with any device. The problem is not the linking, the problem is that they don't appear

Hi Xavi. If this occurs with multiple devices it certainly suggests something odd with the headphones. Are you sure that they have sufficient battery power when they disappear ?

In my case, turning Personal Hotspot off solved the problem.
