I cant pair connect my new Bluetooth device

This question relates to connecting a Travelocity Mizco to an Android Smartphone

I purchased a Mizco Bluetooth speaker, my samsung bluetooth will not connect or pair with the speaker.

Hi William, can the Samsung Phone even see the speaker? If not maybe its not in pairing mode? Can you confirm if it pairs with other hardware?
