I have one onb18aa004 head phones asking for a pin to connect I don't know the pin

Anonymous responded : 11:31am, 29th December 2018 (4 years ago)
If you paired it in other device, you must unpair it first. The pin is 0000 or 1234
It comes also in the instruction booklet

Hold the power button until it says on. Keep holding it down until you her Bluetooth pairing.

According to there handbook, it's a smart device which means you may need to charge your headphones up, before they will pair/connect, after that if the battery is low again it will inform you.

I had bought onn in-ear earbuds recently, but lost them, so I bought another pair, and i ended up letting my phone forget the other ones so i can connect the new ones, and now my phone can't find the new ones pairing. What can I do, if there is anything that doesnt involve buying different earbuds?

Are the new pair acting like the old in terms of lights shown when you try to pair ?

Bryan responded : 6:15pm, 11th July 2019 (3 years ago)
I had the same issue with mine after I got a new phone.
Hold both + and - volume buttons down for 5 seconds and it will show up.

Thanks Bryan, got to the pairing screen but the PIN suggestions didn't work. 1903A is written on the device under model number and power requirements, tried that to no avail... help pls

Lady Skyy responded : 7:03am, 10th August 2019 (3 years ago)
Brian's advice worked perfectly up until the pin box came up. Not sure what to do I tried:
1 4 of all numbers
2 1234
3 0000
4 turned off phone and bus
5 #1234 and #0000
Not sure what else to do, I'm about to throw these things out the 3rd floor balcony!!!!

Hi my onn in ear showed up in my bluetooth settings after holding down the power button for 4-5 seconds, putting the device into pairing mode and clicking the + and - buttons at the same time. However, I lay the device right next to and on top of my phone and Bluetooth keeps saying pairing unsuccessful because my device is not in range. What should I do??

Chris (Admin) responded : 4:16pm, 12th August 2019 (3 years ago)
Sarah, you have deleted all old pairings and rebooted your phone before trying these steps ?

Leftherios responded : 2:40pm, 19th August 2019 (3 years ago)
So I had this problem too. Volume buttons to activate pairing prob activate some debug mode. You want to do a longpress when turning it on. So you hold the power button, itll say "Power on", right? Hold it until it says "Bluetooth pairing". Apparently its a 3 seconds gap between the pairing mode and power on, so most of us are simply turning it on and thats it. It does autopair the first time you turn it on. I havent checked to see if I need to unpair it first but Im pretty sure you do. Tldr; turn it off, turn it back on but hold the power button until it says its pairing.

Ok so I my old onn earbuds stopped working so I bought another pair of onn earbuds. So Ive tried pressing the power button 4-5 seconds, didnt connect. Then I tried pressing + and - buttons at the same time and That got it to appear however every time I try to connect it, it just says that it cant connect and to check whether my Bluetooth device is on. I also deleted all old bluetooth devices from my phones memory. I have no idea what to do.

If you headphones aren't showing up press the + and - for 4-5 seconds and put in the pun number but if you dont know it just turn them off and on until you hear it say paring device or something like that and it should pair with your phone or whatever your trying to pair it to.

Leftherios THANK YOU!! I actually accidentally did the volume button reset (I was trying different button combos out after mine kept having digital skips when I'd listen to music) and couldn't get mine to reconnect for anything.

Benji responded : 9:45pm, 19th September 2019 (3 years ago)
LEFTHERIOS was completely right... Problem with the Pin only happens if you're using volume buttons to go into Pairing... Instead, when powering On, you hold the button longer till it says Pairing Mode... Will connect to phone without prompting for a pin.

Dann that took me awhile to figure out. So frustrated.

My phone can only find the earbuds with the volume keys. But I don't have a PIN to give.

To Mr Monroe the 1903A you are seeing isn't a pin it is the update code for windows. the 1903 is needed for some windows versions to actually support bluetooth, even though it says it supports bluetooth.

Thanks everyone for all the awesome comeback to help us. My 1yr old son got ahold of my instructions sheet but already had it paired to my old phone. Never needed the pin code to connect.
I have a pink (1833A) BT ONN earphone set and I just kept pushing everything together n different then what yall were saying n nothing worked until I held down the down volume button & the power button n the middle for maybe a second then it said BT pairing. I'm so glad I got on here to see what everyone else suggested & now I got it paired & connected to my new phone.
Thanks everyone.....
