Can you explain in detail how far you get in the pairing process. Ie can you see the Veryfit listed for pairing on your phone etc.

Yes I can see the devices listed on the screen and when I select the Fitness band ID107 HR and tap connect to this item. The app tries to connect forever.
I try to turn on the gps and nothing happens.
When I do this in other phones pair in 2 seconds.

To confirm, you are pairing from the phone through the standard Bluetooth settings screen or doing it via some specific app ie VeryFitPro ? If the latter, does making the connection via the system settings screens and ignoring VeryFitPro make any difference ?

No diferencce cant pair with veryfitpro and neither with the system directly.

Nothing yet, I have tried everything. Do you have the same cell brand and model? Maybe it has some incompatibility. The rest of the cells I have tried work fine.

I have tried other 3 phones: samsung, doogee and huawei and works perfect. Looks like samsung j3 and the Fitness band ID107 HR have some incompatibility. I hope samsung update the software soon or we will have to change cell.
If you are able to pair please leet me know.

Same issue remains for me too - the ID 107Plus HR watch will NOT bind to the Samsung Galaxy J3 (trying with the VeryFitPro app) :-(

The same with my J3..... buy now on Amazon the ID107 Plus Hr, it searc to connect bluetooth without success; with Wiko Ufeel at first time connect successfully.

Same for me ! I offered 2 this Christmas and both does not synchronized with a galaxy j3.
In few seconds i managed to synchronize with an iPhone or another Samsung model.
Any news to fix this ?

I also have the problem with my Galaxy J3 it will not pair with ID115Plus Hr, but will pair with my wife's moto g5 perfectly. My solution, give the fitband to my wife and get a different one

I have had this device for 6 months with no problem. Then it suddenly stopped pairing through blue tooth. It recognizes it, but reads -67 on the select the device page of the vertfitpro. Any ideas?

Hi, for Samsung J3 2016 I haven't been able to pair the band or found a alternative to solve it, I hope J3 android OS Will update soon and fix it.
I have no problem to pair the band with any other android devices so I will try to delete all de data and uninstall the app and reinstalled and start all over again trying to pair.

I just have a problem with ID107HR. Recently i've buyed Honor 8. My old Samsung S5 mini hasn't no problem at all, sync connections all was perfect.
But i did paired easily bracelet with new Honor, and downloaded VeryFit Pro app. But app cannot connect with the bracelet. I can see ID107 in devices list in app but connection runs out of time and cannot sync. Downloaded few Fit apps (VeryFit and VeryFit 2.0). All same cannot connect till time out.
Then i removed ID107HR from Bluetooth settings paired devices. And voila! Connection on VeryFit and VeryFitPro. VeryFit 2.0 couldn't connect even then, so i uninstalled it.
Now it work like charm, sync immediately and strong connection. Samsung S5Mini (SM-G800H) and Honor 8 (FRD-L09)

I also had the same results, with a ZTE Axon 7, ID115Plus band.
VeryFit 2.0 would time out, trying to connect, across many attempts.
VeryFit Pro connected to the band, and works, as expected.
The company should update their video to reflect the new app, I bet a lot of these get returned, simply because the wrong app is used.

Writing on my experience with this and a Moto 4x - I scanned the QR code on the package and it took me to the google play store to install LETSFIT, I couldn't get the thing to pair. Saw the other comments and installed VeryFitPro instead and it connected easily.

I have a Samsung 7and it stopped syncing with phone. it was no longer connected to bluetooth. i dumped the app, rebooted tracker and re-downloaded, bind phone but cannot get id107 to connect to phone's bluetooth AND it says i entered a wrong password when it tries to hook up with the bluetooth. i do not remember entering any password before and the manual says nothing about a password. It also keeps asking to turn on location access.

Check that the previous device the equipment was paired with is turned off as it may still be connected to that. eg. turn your old phone off if trying to pair to new phone.
