Travelocity wireless ear buds black : I can't pair my travelocity wireless earbuds to my phone!

Is it because it is 5G? Too new? It won't even show up on the devices when scanning for it. Both devices are fully charged and both have bee restarted multiple times. I'm about to just throw it away and be done with it.
