So what i did was i turned both Ear buds on. I then went to my android phone and i turned my bluetooth on. After i did that i clicked refresh on my phone to see what headings came up. First it was the name of the sound mates ear buds. On the list there is also something called TWS i clicked that and it was connected to that. What i did next was i turned both ear buds off. I then turned one ear bud on at a time waited until it said paring i then turned on the second one until it said pairing. I then when to my blue tooth and once again i turned it off then back on. I went to my ear buds and i turned them off waited a few seconds and then turned them back on. I then looked at my bluetooth list. I then brought up some music and bingo both ear buds work now not only one but both right and left ear. If anyone has any questions or needs help just contact me i can walk you through it ok. Thanks very much. on your blue tooth settings you will find TWS or you will find HBQ-Q25 tws that is the one that makes both ear buds work properly ok. It took me some time to figure it out but i got it working all
