I just bought these earbuds from 5 below and the left Bud isn't connecting. Can you help me?

This question relates to connecting an Encore true wireless earbuds BUY NOW to a Samsung Galaxy S10e BUY NOW

Once I took them out I put the case on the charger for about 1 hour, then I took it off and let the earbuds charge. Once they were done I turned them on at the same time but only the right one turned on. the left one didn't change at all.
