I was pairing the Bluetooth, it appeared to connect but now I don't see in the computer that they are paired and I can't turn off the headset. They stay on with the blue light on.

If you can't turn them off just leave them to run out of battery. I assume that may have happened by now, so if so delete any reference to the device within OSX and try manually initiating pairing on the JBL.

Mine regularly do the same. Plug in the usb and they will reset. Still a PITA when you're out and have no means to reset.

I am experiencing the same problem. I can connect to any phone, or macbook, the problem is after few secs (30 secs approximately) idle, it disconnects with the blue light on (i cannot turn off). To stay connected, continuously play music :) To turn on/off once disconnected plug in a charger for few seconds. after that, turn on the earphones again. make sure to connect within 30 seconds and dont leave it idle or else hang up again.

So to clarify, to turn them off hold down the middle button for a fair amount of time until you hear a sound, probably at least 5/6 seconds is required.

To pair with something new try pressing the power button and the plus volume button for around 3 seconds when it is turned on. Let us know if these tips help!
