Havng disconnected I can't turn them on or off and the LED light isn't on.

I have tried charging them, and the charging light came on, but then they wouldn't connect to my phone. I tried forgetting the Bluetooth connection and reconnecting them, but my phone said that it couldn't communicate with the headphones. I had the same problem when I tried connecting them to my laptop.

Ok... so they turn on and appear to function normally, they just won't re-pair ?
Have you deleted any reference to them on the historical list of paired devices on your phone ?

They won't turn off... they have stayed on and keep flashing and I can't even reconnect them back to my phone.

I assume by now they have discharged if they weren't turning off before. Having done that, have you been able to recharge and get them back into a more usable state ?

I let them die and then I put them on charge and now they work. So to everyone having the same problem as me let them die then recharge them... trust me it works!
