Integrated Bluetooth chip is broken but I can't use a USB device either

This question relates to connecting an Integrated Bluetooth chip on Motherboard BUY NOW to a Bose quietcomfort 35 II BUY NOW

My motherboard's bluetooth chip broke but is still being recognized by windows and reinstalling the drivers every time the computer restarts. I have tried to use an old USB bluetooth adapter but it is not working due to the integrated device driver being installed. I have deleted the driver and gotten to the point where I could use the USB adapter to connect my headphones once but they only connected in hands free mode with a serious stutter to them (unlistenable). Then if I were to disconnect they would no longer reconnect simply stating "something went wrong check your device is discoverable".

This is all moot because the second I restart the computer the integrated driver reinstalls making the problem persist. Would I need to get a new motherboard to use bluetooth because the chip can't be removed?

It should be possible to disable the integrated Bluetooth in the computer's BIOS setup. Have you checked this ?

I have tried but couldn't find any option in my BIOS I have a B450 Tomahawk do you know where it would be located
