Hi! I recently bought PS4 and tried to pair it with my JBL charge 3 via bluetooth, and ps4 says bluetooth audio device is unsupported Is there a way to fix it, because the retailer said both devices are fully compatible.

I believe unfortunately not. There is surprisingly limited audio streaming capability within the Bluetooth implementation of the PS4.
