JBL E25BT : device wont work after charging

This question relates to connecting a JBL E25BT BUY NOW to Any device BUY NOW

I charged the device because it got low battery for about a few minutes.
I disconnected it since I need to use it then I notice it got a light blue light on it.
I tried resetting the device it just doesn't work or maybe I'm doing anything something wrong ?

How did you try to reset the device?

The best method we have on file is to press and hold the power button and the Volume + button (both together) for at least 3 seconds then release and then check if the earbuds appear in your phones BT list.
