How does the the ear piece come apart. Family member dropped there's and the wire needed to be soldered back ( I have solder kit ) ?

The staff at BtDr don't offer repair advice I'm afraid. If anyone else has any tips please feel free to share although of course I hope it goes without saying that we can't be held responsible for anything you attempt in terms of damage to the unit or yourself.
