JBL LIVE 650BTNC : won't turn on

This question relates to connecting a JBL LIVE 650BTNC BUY NOW to a Samsung Galaxy Smartphone BUY NOW

I can see the red light when it's charging but when I try to turn it on nothing happens. It worked fine yesterday but now it's acting up and I don't know what to do. I've tried to hold the + and - for 20 secs and other factory reset stuff but nothing seems to work... Help pls

Were they recently plugged into a computer via USB by any chance ?

To John. No I've only used Bluetooth.

How old is the item? It does sound like it might be faulty, I'd return to your retailer for another if within warranty.

I'd say a little over a year. Yea. I'll head over to the store in the coming week.

It was luckily within warranty so I'll get new ones :)
