But playback of music is 100% ok ? As a rule this kind of thing is normally interference and desktop PCs are more susceptible to interference with Bluetooth due to all the cables and less than ideal location of the Bluetooth antenna within the PC in relation to what you are streaming to.
Turn off any USB 3 devices as they can cause a lot of problems. Check your cabling and turn off anything else non vital. As a final measure if you really can't resolve I'm sure a cheap USB Bluetooth Adaptor plugged into the front of the PC or on the end of a usb extension cable would resolve the problem. It did for me when I had something similar.
