JBL T110BT : Earphones keep on disconnecting

The first month or two since I bought the earphones, it worked perfectly with both my laptop and my phone. But now it constantly disconnects with my laptop, sometimes immediately after it connects and sometimes 1 or 2 hours after it connected. I've tried pairing and unpairing them over and over but the result is always the same. The earphones work fine so far with my phone, but I've only used it once for an hour since discovering the problem so I could have just been lucky that time.

Ok so this seems to be related just to the laptop. Do you use the laptop in the same place most of the time, ie at home? Or are you always in different locations? If it's normally used in the same location I would try moving it for a test. It could very likely be electrical interference around it that is making the connection to your JBL earphones difficult to sustain. Especially if you have sahy any USB3 devices plugged into the laptop try unplugging. These are known to cause Bluetooth interference.
