My JBL T110BT is not turning on, despite the light appearing while the device is charging, when I turn it on it's unresponsive: no light appears and the device does not turn on. I've had this product for only a month now and am wondering if there is any simple reset I can attempt to fix this problem?

We've got others reporting the same issue, if we get clarification of a fix we will share here but until then this does sound like a battery fault.

Hey, had the same problem with my BT earphones. Try holding the power button for about 15 seconds and then plugging the earphones in to charge without releasing the button. Wait for the charge light to come on and then unplug and let go of the button...
Worked for me. Hope this Helps

Icehole responded : 5:44am, 24th January 2019 (8 months ago)
I was having the same problem as the above posters after only a month. Jason's comment worked for me, wierd solution but I'll take it. Thanks a lot Jason!

Karlo responded : 3:24pm, 24th January 2019 (8 months ago)
Wow! Jason's solution worked! Thanks Jason. Icehole's comment actually sealed the deal for me to try it out. After unpluggingthe charger, you'll lose the light that indicates you're charging. Don't lose hope. All you have to do is turn youe earphones on like normal. It'll turn on, just like Jason and Icehole said. Amazing! Thanks guys!

It hasn't worked for me. I held it for 15secs plugged it in, and about straight away the light can on so I unplugged and then released the power button. After that I just held the power button to turn it back on but still nothing.

Jason Rottcher responded : 3:57am, 25th January 2019 (8 months ago)
Ah no :(
The only thing I can suggest doing is waiting a bit longer after the charge light has come on before unplugging it.

Jason, you are a star! I had the same issue. Woullnt start despite charging. The white LED would light up while charging. Nothing happens when trying to power on. Jasons solution of holding the power/play/pause button on holding for 15 seconds, plug in to usb then release when the white LED come up. Miracle! It worked!

I had a similar problem, but the suggested solution didn't work.

The problem turned out to be in the physical connection of the switch. Open up the device with a screwdriver and just push the contacts into the right position and keep trying to turn the device on until it works.
