My JBL T110BT is not turning on, despite the light appearing while the device is charging, when I turn it on it's unresponsive: no light appears and the device does not turn on. I've had this product for a one year and am wondering if there is any simple reset I can attempt to fix this problem?

Try holding the power button for 15 seconds, that can reset them back into life. We've got various reports of this working in other posts listed below on this page.

Swarnima, if this doesn't work it would sound like they might be faulty. however if you can to be sure that you've done everything possible, please try charging via another power source and with a different cable. That will help rule out even more possible scenarios.

after I do the steps above i noticed that while I press and hold the play button it gets hot. Does that mean I have a faulty battery?
