JBL T110BT new, flashing white and won't turn on

I just bought the ears yesterday and they won't even start up. The white LED is flashing the whole time and when i touch the on mode the white LED is very clear en it is making a strange noise. Help me out please.

Just to clarify Tom, the solution that works for many others doesn't work? Ie

Holding the power/play/pause button on holding for 15 seconds then plugging the earphones in to charge without releasing the button. Wait for the charge light to come on and then unplug and let go of the button and it should be back to normal.

I have the same problem. when connected to the charger, the light is on, but it emits a strange sound, like a cricket. and when you release the on / off button, the white light is flashing.
And when disconnecting from the charger, it doesn't work.
