When I connect a charger to my JBL T450BT the white light comes on and after a few seconds the white light goes back off. Can you use any charger or does it have to be a JBL charger?

You should be able to use most standard chargers, just make sure its 5v, around 2.3 amps. If its a special very fast charger that may not be compatible although the better ones can detect the target devices supported capacity. If you aren't sure what to use and don't have access to the required JBL adapter/cable then I would recommend you test charge via something that is NOT labelled as a fast charger.
