I was able to connect the headphones the first time to my iPhone and it worked fine. I indicated Forget this device on the Bluetooth and now it does not want to connect to neither iPhone, iPad or PC. The blue light keeps flashing (which means it is ready to pair) but it cannot be picked up by Bluetooth on any device.

I have held the power button in for a long time, pressed the + and - button in, but nothing works. All that happens is that the blue light just flashes. This was given to me as a gift so I do not know who to take it to, to get this fixed. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanx.

If the headphone was paired to a different device, you need to turn it off first. Then press and hold the on/off button for 5-6 seconds until the blue light blinks, then go to blue tooth settings to pair the phone again. There is nothing wrong with the headphone. You just need to activate the pairing feature again. Hope it helps.

I had similar problem where my headphones just showed blue light ..it didn't flash or pair. It wasn't connected to any other device so i desperately started searching online came across here. I switched off then turned it on; immediately pressed plus minus together without pressing the on/off button. And it started blinking blue again and got connected to my phone

Same happened to me - On an iPad 2 if you turn the Bluetooth off and on again it reconnected.

If the light is white and it is not working hold the on and off button for a long time. If you see blue flashes then your doing it correctly. Keep holding it until there is no light. Lastly turn on the head phone set like normal (3 or 2 sec) and then pair it to you phone or iPad it should work.

Finally, Thank you Felix and bluetoothdoctor.com . I want to share what happen to my headphone. I have JBLT450BT headphones and using Android phone, suddenly when I charge it over night there was a steady white light at the power button. I press the power button for multiple times just go back and forth to blue light blinking and white light. Until I follow Felix advice Just hold the POWER Button keep holding it until there is no light Lastly turn on the head phone set like normal (3 or 2 sec) and then pair it to you phone or iPad . IT WORKS FOR ME.
