I bought these headphones in June and I have'nt been using them for while. I tried turning them on, but it's not working.
I charged them, and tried holding in the power button for 30 seconds and then pressing the button to turn them back on normally but it won't work.
I don't know what else to do.

So are there any signs of life in the device? Any lights and if so what color?

Hi Andy,

Yes, while charging I see a white light, but that is all.

So holding down the power button for at least a few seconds has no effect at all ?

I'm having the same situation, I've done the 30-second procedure dozens of times and nothing. With the USB cable turned on the light turns white and that's it ...
