When I plug in the headphones to charge, the red light indicator turns on (as it should) but promptly turns off again. When I disconnect the headphones and reconnect them again (this time with a different wire), the same issue repeats itself. It turns out that the headphones are, in fact, not charging either as when I attempt to connect them to my devices, they give the low battery audio prompt.

Please help.

Are you able to rule out problems with charger/cabling by using another cable/power source?

I have the exact same issues. Tried different chargers, cables, etc, nothing helped. The headset is only 1 week old. May return it if I can't find a quick answer,

Something to try Mike:

1) Find the power button on your specific JBL headphones. Press to turn off the device. The device will likely give a confirmation sound when turning off.
2) Long-press the 'Volume UP' and 'Volume Down' together. Hold them like this for at least for 20 seconds.
3) The device should make a sound, at which point you can release them. This should have run the reset process.
