JBL Tune 500 BT won't turn on

Headphones wont turn on

Do they show any lights at all ? What about when on charge ?

The same with the charger. Mine is fully charged and it just wont turn on and when it does, it is on for a few seconds, then powers off

I've had my pair since November 5th, 2020 and they worked fine up until last week. Then they just stopped. I did nothing to precipitate this change. They turn on with the power-up sound...but then nothing. No pulsating sound indicating Bluetooth pairing in effect as they always did in the past, or any sound whatsoever. They don't even make a sound when I turn them off. They only make a sound when I turn them on.

The red light turns on when I plug them in to charge and after about 1 minute the red light turns off. I've always charged them with my laptop and have tried other chargers to no avail. I attempted to factory reset the headset by pressing the power button for 10 seconds, then tried a different reset option by turning them on, then pressing and holding the volume up/down buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds....all with no luck.

I am frustrated as they were not cheap and I need them for upcoming job interviews on Zoom.

I had the same problem and i managed to make them work by pressing and holding the volume keys for 30 secs and then the same with the power button for 30 secs. hope it works for you
