the bt earphones turns off after a few seconds after turning on or it gets disconnected after a few seconds after connecting to my smartphone

Were they connected to something else before ?

I am having the same issue. no, mine were not connecting to anything else.

Cristal, can you confirm if they appear to be charging normally ? And if you try turning on and resetting them with power button and one of the volume buttons pressed simultaneously does that help ? - try a few times with different combinations of volume buttons and power button.
