Are you sure that the mouse works? ie, if you use the devices with their provided usb receiver on another device, say a Windows PC does it work ?

I am having the same issue with my Windows PC and have tested on another laptop. The keyboard is still connecting but the mouse has stopped working. Any advice?

Will have you tried deleting the pairing on the computer and starting all over with a new pairing ? You are also sure battery levels are good ?

Can confirm, I started having this exact problem this morning. On a Mac with Ventura as OS. Saw that there is a pending update to Ventura 13.3.1, so downloading that now.

Will also add that I charged the mouse for several hours (with a working charger) and the red light under the mouse does not turn on. Was working fine last night. Thanks!

Well, it's working now. And I strongly suspect the charger simply wasn't pushed far enough into the outlet. Apologies for the false alarm.

Hi all, just following up as I was able to resolve the issue with Arteck customer support. See solution below:
After the keyboard is connected to your computer, please unplug the USB receiver and ready to connect with the mouse. 1. Press and hold the mouse wheel and right-click key, don't loosen. 2. Turn on the mouse, and release the wheel and right-click key after two seconds, the indicator light will be blinking. 3. Move the mouse close to the USB port, please plug the USB receiver to the USB port of your computer quickly.
