KitSound Audio BoomBar 30 : LED Battery indicator Light

This question relates to connecting a KitSound Audio BoomBar 30 BUY NOW to a Galaxy Samsung J4 Android Smartphone BUY NOW

When charging the Red LED light indicator remains continuously on :

Plug in charger & switch on.
Red LED indicator ON
Remains ON continuously after 2+ hours.
Same result with another charger.
Which it did first two times charging the device :

Plug in charger & switch on.
Red LED indicator ON
After approx. two hours Red LED indicator OFF.

Note : The cable that came with device & only recommended USB-A chargers 5V/1A have been used.

It is not actually clear to me what the problem is. Are you saying that despite the suggestion of charging it isn't and doesn't work ?

Pedro : The LED indicator is meant to switch off as an indication the battery is full. This happened the first 2 times i charged it but since then the LED indicator does not switch off, remaining on continuously, no matter how long its charged.

And how is operation? Does it last as long as it did the first few times you used the device before the battery depletes ?

To John, it still works but no, it does not last as long as the first two times. I only bought it last week too.

Jon, I'd suggest returning given what you've told us.

To Colin, yeah i think that's the best thing to do. This will be 3rd Bluetooth speaker in a row i will have taken back to Tesco's, reckon i'll try elsewhere.
